At Aswini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aswini account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
